Word Insight "Respect"

Scripture
Gen 4:4 
And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof.
And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

How do you feel when you are treated anyhow*?
How do you feel when family members, friends, people treat you like you mean nothing????

Many times we get angry about how people address us.
We get angry that we are not being properly respected....

When people treat us bad, we tend to dislike them because of that .....
The question I want you to ask yourself is, "Who am I"

A goat knows that he is a goat, so if you kick it, it doesn't take offence ( I'm not saying we should stop respecting people)

Ask yourself again  WHO AM I????

A dog does not get angry, when you call it a dog for doing some funny things....

Sometimes the Flesh want unnecessary respect, We get angry because over stuffs like Titles. (Neither am I saying you should not call people by Titles).
We get angry because someone did not use Mrs or chief  Dr, Engr, Prophet,  Apostle or even Pastor (All i'm just saying is , don't try to force anybody to respect you)

Many woman have issues with respect....
They love to be respected, so many women get married for respect...
People have been looking down on you because you have been trying to force respect....

We so want respect, so we try to force it....
Some Women get angry when you call them Miss by mistake🤔.....
Allow God to give you respect....

*INFACT SOME WOMEN EVEN GET OFFENDED WHEN YOU CALL THEIR NAMES AFTER THEY ARE MARRIED*....

The Yoruba tribe in Nigeria are even worse, they can keep malice with you because of greetings....😄

We Africans  love respect too much....
RESPECT...RESPECT...
RESPECT....

They pick offense and say lack of respect....( THEY REACT With WORDS LIKE, 'HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE RESPECT)
Some of us are happy when someone rolls on the floor to greet us😳....

*The point I am trying to pass across is that stop forcing people to respect you*....

INFACT SOME MEN GET ANGRY WHEN YOU DON'T ADD JP (JERUSALEM PILGRIM) TO THEIR NAMES.....😄😄

*Only God can make you relevant in this Life
Stop trying to be revelant by force....
One day God will surprise you....

If you have been looked down on.....
Don't worry, keep loving God....
If they said you are nothing don't worry...
If you look like nothing, keep loving God.....

People are not blind, you don't have to say you are Mrs before they know....
If you can stay with God and allow God to respect you, people will respect you ...
When people see a proof they will know....
They may look down on you today, but trust me, tomorrow they will regret it

Some other people think that people don't respect them because of others....
If you are a husband your wife is not the reason for your disrespect...
You blame everybody for disrespect except you....
Everytime you see, disrespect, stop blaming people....

Look inwards...
Stay with God, allow God to respect you, then God will give you a voice

HOW CAN YOU MAKE GOD RESPECT YOU?
1)FEAR OF GOD

2)PRAYER

3)FELLOWSHIP

4)OBEDIENCE

5)WORSHIP

6)TRUST

7)FAITH

8)SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM

9) SACRIFICE

If God has respect for you, people will respect you and make sure you greet people , respect elders, authority, teachers, prophets,  pastors,  etc....

Because you are already special,  Woman please don't desire any extra respect when you get married.....
You are already special as a woman.
Titles or treatment will not make you any special.... 😁
But please if you don't get respect, don't kill yourself.....

Men step up, God is working on you, remain with God and your respect will be seen by All men...
God is faithful...
Pls I beg you all, Please respect people oooo ......
I pray the good Lord will make us relevant in this life.
And He will have respect for us all like Abel in Jesus name,  Amen ..
